Wenceslas T. Djokpé is an established specialist in project management. He holds a Professional Diploma of Specialized Higher Education (DESS) in Project Management and Local Development (GPDL) from the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Economics and Management of Benin. He also has more than ten years experience holding various leadership positions in the implementation of several development projects in Benin and Togo.
In 2006, Wenceslas began working as an assistant for a community development project (PNDCC) funded by The World Bank and continued this position for four years.
Wenceslas then worked as the coordinator of a project in Benin funded by the German Cooperation GIZ that supported women in participating in the local decision-making process of their communities.
Wenceslas has also served as the program coordinator of the World Bank’s school-based nutrition project, the Fast Track Initiative, in the Borgou department in Northern Benin.
As a passionate and dedicated individual, Wenceslas has an extensive track record for achieving results in the implementation of project and program activities. As the Benin Country Coordinator for the Batonga Foundation, he hopes to continue his mission to empower adolescent girls in Benin.
