Since 2016, Solange has served as one of Batonga’s four Field Facilitators of the SONAFA Leadership Club project. She oversees 8 Batonga Mentors in the commune of Savalou.

Before beginning her work with the Batonga Foundation, Solange worked as a secondary school teacher and has a long and accomplished track record as a facilitator at the NGO BACAR-AMOUR ET VIE (Office of Support for the Conseil Pour La Réalisation). A married mother of three children, Solange devotes her free time to reading and familiarizing herself with different pedogogical approaches. Above all else, Solange’s passion is supporting Benin’s most marginalized women and girls.
